Essayist John McWhorter gets it. Biracial children do not have to choose a race. I’m waiting for everyone else to come around.

    I think it’s interesting how he assumes biracial people come out lighter skinned each time. Just like those with a lighter hue are not always biracial/multiracial (at least in the sense of recent generational heritage).

    While I agree with his premise on the whole, this part of it stuck out to me. Thanks for sharing the article; you find a lot of interesting reads.
